Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We ask that products be returned in as-new condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping to one of our returns centres in Australia, the UK, Germany or China.

Once received, returns will be processed within 2 business days. Funds may take up to 10 days to be received. To return an item, please contact us.

 

Warranty

We take pride in our products and service. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it or replace it.
