Our team are taking a short break from May 1st to May 6th. Orders placed during this time will ship on May 7th. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Fulfilment
Items are in stock unless otherwise noted and ship from our workshop in China.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
An express parcel forwarder will transport the parcel to your country, where a local delivery company like UPS, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail or DPD is responsible for 'last mile' delivery. Please note you may not see tracking updates until the item has been received at the local distribution centre.
Please note we are a small team working hard to get you your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you need an item urgently or for a specific date please contact us before placing an order.

VAT / Duty
Orders to Australia, United States, UK and European Union are sent Delivered Duty Paid. There are no extra taxes or duty to pay.
Orders to all other locations are sent without taxes or duty paid. There may be additional costs for taxes and/or fees.
Insurance
We will replace your item if it is damaged or lost in transit. Please contact us as soon as you can and our friendly team will help.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
We'll give you the address of the closest returns location (Australia, UK, Germany or Hong Kong).
Once received, returns will be processed within 2 business days. Due to the way refunds are processed by our providers, the funds may take up to 10 days to be received.
Warranty
We take great pride in our products and service. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.
In addition to your consumer rights, our products are covered by a 2 year warranty on materials and workmanship. You can learn more about your rights and our warranty in our terms and conditions.
