We accept returns requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We ask that products be returned in as-new condition.
Customers are responsible for shipping to one of our returns centres in Australia, the UK, Germany or China.
Once received, returns will be processed within 2 business days. Funds may take up to 10 days to be received. To return an item, please contact us.

Does it charge the lamp?
No, the base is simply decorative and does not include any charging functionality.
Which lamps does it fit?
The base fits all portable Light Soy lamps, including the original glass lamp.
