Orders to the UK and European Union are sent Delivered Duty Paid. There are no extra charges for VAT or duty.
Items are shipped directly from our workshop in China by air and transferred to local couriers such as DHL, DPD and Royal Mail for delivery. You will get a confirmation email when you order is received, and another email once your order has shipped with tracking.

We accept returns requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We ask that products be returned in as-new condition.
Customers are responsible for shipping to one of our returns centres in Australia, the UK, Germany or China.
Once received, returns will be processed within 2 business days. Funds may take up to 10 days to be received. To return an item, please contact us.

Where can I install it?
The typical installation is as a hanging pendant / suspension lamp. However, you can install it anywhere provided you use a 5V-1A DC power source (such as USB or DC connector). A qualified person, e.g. a licensed electrician, is required to install the light or adapt the cable according to local regulations. See our user guide and installation instructions.
How is it typically installed?
Installation as a Pendant light connected to mains power is similar to fitting an LED downlight. This installation must be done by a licensed electrician. See our user guide and installation instructions.
Does it have a bulb?
No, the LED is integrated. The LED is rated to last years of normal use. It’s covered by our warranty and can be replaced if it fails.
Does it have a wall plug?
No, the cable ends in bare wires for connection to the power supply. A qualified person can adapt the cable to a USB or DC connector to use with a plug-in power adaptor.
Can I use a different power source?
Yes, you can use any 5V-1A DC power source. A qualified person can adapt the cable to a USB or DC connector to use with a plug-in power adaptor.

What about the glass lamp?
We have transitioned away from glass because ocean-bound plastic is more sustainable and makes more of a difference to ocean pollution.
