Items are shipped 1-2 days after placing your order. Items may be shipped separately depending on availability. Please note you may not receive your tracking number until a few days after it has shipped.

Delivery in Australia
Orders in Australia include GST.
Items are shipped from Sydney. You will get a confirmation email when your order is received, and another email once your order has shipped with tracking info.
Delivery to UK & EU
Orders to the UK and European Union are sent Delivered Duty Paid. There are no extra charges for VAT or duty.
Items are shipped directly from our workshop in China by air and transferred to local couriers such as DHL, DPD and Royal Mail for delivery. You will get a confirmation email when you order is received, and another email once your order has shipped with tracking.
Please note it may take up to 10 days for the tracking to begin updating while the item is in transit to your country.
Delivery to all other countries
Orders are sent without taxes or duty paid. You may be contacted by the carrier to pay sales tax, duty and/or fees.
Items are shipped directly from our workshop in China by air and transferred to local couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS in your country for delivery. You will get a confirmation email when you order is received, and another email once your order has shipped with tracking.
Please note it may take up to 10 days for the tracking to begin updating while the item is in transit to your country.
Insurance
Orders are insured and we will replace your item if it is damaged or lost in transit. Please contact us as soon as you can if your item is lost or damaged and our friendly team will help.
Returns
We accept returns requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We ask that products be returned in as-new condition.
Customers are responsible for shipping to one of our returns centres in Australia, the UK, Germany or China.
Once received, returns will be processed within 2 business days. Funds may take up to 10 days to be received. To return an item, please contact us.
Warranty
We take pride in our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it or replace it.
