Estimated delivery times

Items are shipped 1-2 days after placing your order. Please note for orders outside Australia we ship direct from our workshop in China. We use a reliable parcel forwarder who passes the items to local carriers like UPS, USPS and DPD for delivery. Because of this, the tracking may not update while in transit until the item is scanned in your country. 

Delivery in Australia

Orders in Australia include GST.

Items are shipped from Sydney. You will get a confirmation email when your order is received, and another email once your order has shipped with tracking info.

Delivery to UK & EU

Orders to the UK and European Union are sent Delivered Duty Paid. There are no extra charges for VAT or duty.

Delivery to all other countries

Orders are sent without taxes or duty paid. You may be contacted by the carrier to pay sales tax, duty and/or fees.

Insurance

Orders are insured and we will replace your item if it is damaged or lost in transit. Please contact us as soon as you can if your item is lost or damaged and our friendly team will help.

Returns

We accept returns requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We ask that products be returned in as-new condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping to one of our returns centres in Australia, the UK, Germany or China.

Once received, returns will be processed within 2 business days. Funds may take up to 10 days to be received. To return an item, please contact us.

Warranty

We take pride in our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it or replace it.

In addition to your consumer rights, our products are covered by a 12 month warranty on materials and workmanship. You can learn more about your rights and our warranty in our terms and conditions.
