Shipping & Delivery
COVID-19: We are still shipping worldwide. Due to high demand and safety measures, services may be disrupted or operate differently. We appreciate your patience at this time.
Orders ship from Australia or China depending on delivery location and include tracking. Items in stock are generally shipped within 2-3 days. Some items have lead times are shown on the product page.
Estimated shipping times:
- Australia – 5-7 days
- Asia – 7-15 days
- Europe – 10-20 days
- North America – 10-20 days
- Rest of world – 20-30 days
Express Shipping – may be available at checkout for an additional fee. We will use the fastest shipping method available for your location. e.g. DHL Express to Europe, Express Post within Australia.
Damage – our packaging is designed to protect your order from the normal bumps and knocks of international shipping, and we have shipped all over the world with very few breakages. However, if your item does arrive damaged, please take photos and send us a message within 2 days of delivery.
Tax on orders outside Australia – VAT, Sales Tax, duties and other import costs are not collected at checkout. Customers may have to pay additional import costs.
We accept returns for change of mind, however as we are a small studio, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the nearest return location.
To return an item, please send us a message below within 14 days of receiving your item. We ask that products be returned in as-new condition, including the outer packaging.
