Shipping policy

Preorders

Pre-orders of Light Soy Flex are estimated to ship in late April.

Unfortunately there can be delays, so we can’t guarantee that your pre-order will ship by this date. We will keep you informed of any delays, and you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped by contacting us.

Items are shipped 1-2 days after placing your order, from Sydney or our workshop in China.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

For orders outside Australia, an express parcel forwarder will send the parcel to your country, where a local carrier like UPS, FedEx, USPS or DPD is responsible for 'last mile' delivery. Because of this, the tracking may not update until the item is scanned by the local carrier.

VAT and Duties

Orders to Australia, UK and European Union are sent Delivered Duty Paid. There are no extra charges for VAT or duty.

Orders to other locations are sent without taxes or duty paid. You may be contacted by the carrier to pay taxes and/or fees.

Insurance

We will replace your item if it is damaged or lost in transit. Please contact us as soon as you can and our friendly team will help.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

We'll give you the address of the closest returns location (Australia, the UK, Germany or China).

Once received, returns will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be received.

Warranty

We take pride in our products and service. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it or replace it.

In addition to your consumer rights, our products are covered by a 2 year warranty on materials and workmanship. You can learn more about your rights and our warranty in our terms and conditions.
